In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

This maintenance window is to reapply the changes reverted at the conclusion of the maintenance from January 10th.

We will upgrading our out-of-the-box Prometheus monitoring integration to process incoming requests asynchronously. It also improves the resiliency of this integration by processing all incoming events via a queue, allowing the reprocessing of data should downstream service disruption occur.

What's the Impact?

We do not expect any customer impact during this maintenance.

What isn't Impacted?

All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest via all other integrations, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.

No user action is required.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
