In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, we will be upgrading the underlying operating system on servers supporting our production environment, in line with our cloud provider's standard lifecycle updates. Services will be restarted in a rolling fashion to move onto the updated infrastructure. No extended downtime is expected, though brief interruptions to individual services may occur during the transition.

• API • Pipeline • Incident Sharing • BigPanda Console
What's the Impact?
We anticipate up to 20 minutes of latency as services reconfigure.

The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression process. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
