What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, BigPanda will be rotating API credentials used by our AI gateway services across all environments. As part of this process, the gateway services will be restarted in a controlled, staged rollout.

What's the Impact?
We do not anticipate any impact to end users; The current credentials remain active until each environment is fully migrated and verified, ensuring continuity throughout the process.

What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest and processing, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.

The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression process. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
