Scheduled
In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

Start Time: July 18, 2021 08:00 UTC
End Time: July 18, 2021 14:00 UTC
Duration: 6 hours

What's Happening?

We will be migrating our Incident Sharing service from AWS EC2 instances to Kubernetes. This migration is to provide better stability within the service as well as make it easier to maintain and scale in the future.

Component(s) undergoing maintenance:

• Incident Sharing

What's the Impact?

For most customers, we do not anticipate any end-user impact; however, in rare circumstances, users may see up to 5-10 minutes total in latencies within their pipeline as the changes are deployed and services brought back online.

Additionally, any customers who have incoming firewall rules that allow restricted access could see BigPanda Incident sharing failures unless firewall access is updated. See the User Action section below for details.

Is User Action Required?

👉 Customers who are maintaining a whitelist of incoming BigPanda IPs will need to add 54.151.42.136 to their firewall rules. Failure to do so could result in failed shares from BigPanda.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please reach out to BigPanda Support via our live in-app chat or via support@bigpanda.io.
