In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance window we are applying a fix for a bug in how our system calculated API rate throttling. This bug meant that calls were not counted correctly if the Bearer token was not included in Authentication headers, and they could potentially bypass rate limits for that token.

What's the Impact?
This fix will ensure that BigPanda's quality of service is met for all organizations by applying rate limits consistently across API call types. If your organization was using alternative API call formats, there is a small chance that some API calls may be throttled to meet existing rate limitations. What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform will be unaffected by this maintenance.
