In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing maintenance on Wednesday, September 30th, between 1:00 am and 3:00 am PDT (8:00 - 10:00 UTC).
During the maintenance, we will be updating the backend database client for our Maintenance service.
We're taking precautionary steps to reduce sustained impact during this maintenance; however, anticipated customer impact may include:
• Periodic unresponsiveness or failed requests to the Maintenance APIs totaling no more than 5 minutes. If requests to the Maintenance APIs fail during this maintenance window, please continue to retry until the requests are successful.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
