What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, we'll be upgrading how user roles and permissions are managed under the hood — moving to a more reliable and scalable database backend.
For clarification, this Phase 1 maintenance will be enabling RBAC for internal, POV, and showcase BigPanda instances only.
Role and permission data have already been migrated ahead of this window; we're simply switching each organization over to read from the new system.

We do not anticipate any impact to end users.

All other areas of the BigPanda platform will be unaffected by this maintenance.

The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression process. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
