During this maintenance window, we'll be deploying an additional DNS caching layer to our production cluster in the US-West region to improve DNS resolution speed and reduce load on our internal DNS system.

What's the Impact?
We do not anticipate any impact to end users. This is an additive change, and no downtime is expected. In rare cases, brief, momentary DNS resolution delays may occur on individual nodes during rollout.
