In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

During the upcoming maintenance window, we will be deploying a change to the infrastructure that handles traffic for inbound, outbound, and custom integrations.

This update will route requests through API Gateways for their respective integrations, aligning the architecture with a more robust and automated process.
