What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, we'll be upgrading our caching infrastructure in our US production environment to a newer, currently supported version.

What's the Impact?
We do not anticipate any downtime. Customers may experience brief, momentary reconnections as the underlying infrastructure fails over during the rolling upgrade. There is a small possibility of a short delay (up to ~20 minutes) in core pipeline processing while systems reconnect. However, should any user notice any abnormal behavior during or after this maintenance window, please reach out to BigPanda Support via our live chat or by emailing us at support@bigpanda.io for assistance.
What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform will be unaffected by this maintenance.
