In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
We will be decreasing incident-search elasticsearch disks size in prod-us-west-1. We will be restarting incident-search elasticsearch data nodes one by one, replacing old volumes with new smaller ones.

What's the Impact?
We do not anticipate any impact to end users; however, should any user notice any abnormal behavior during or after this maintenance window, please reach out to BigPanda Support via our live chat or emailing us at support@bigpanda.io for assistance.
What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest and processing, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.

No user action is required.
The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression process. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
