We want to inform you that we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform:

What's Happening?

During this maintenance, we will be updating our CloudFront Distribution to align with the TLS1.2_2021 AWS Security Policy. These changes aim to improve the overall security and functionality of our system. You can check the Amazon CloudFront Developer Guide for more information on supported viewer protocols and ciphers.

What's the Impact?

We are expecting moderate to limited impact from this change which will impact the SSL Ciphers being used to connect to inbound integrations. The risk of this change is losing connection to BigPanda inbound integrations.

We successfully completed the follow risk and impact analysis:
1. Completed Product Requirements
2. Validated Technical design through Peer Review
3. Created and Implemented Testing Strategy
4. Followed Rollout Plan

Is User Action Required?

Users are expected to evaluate their cipher suite to ensure it aligns with the AWS TLS1.2_2021 security policy.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations. If we need to rollback, we have a plan in place to toggle off the feature.
