BigPanda has completed initial validation of the rollout and is planning to continue rolling out the change to the rest of our customers in 30 min, at 13:05 UTC.

The upgrade's canary is successful and the team is now continuing to monitor and validate before moving forward to a complete rollout. This status page will include a 30 minute advance notice before a complete rollout takes place.

In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing maintenance on our Incident Sharing service.

What's Happening?

We will be upgrading the backend codebase of the service to a newer version that will allow for easier extendability and maintenance.

What's the Impact?

Users may see that manual and auto shares fail intermittently as the upgrades are deployed and services are restarted. Users can manually retry any failed shares, and BigPanda should continue to send updates through the established channels for Incidents that have already been shared.

What isn't Impacted?

BigPanda will continue to ingest and process events from your monitoring systems, and all other areas of the BigPanda platform will remain fully operational.

Is User Action Required?

No user action is required.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
