In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance, we will be performing an upgrade to the MongoDB atlas from version 4.4 to 5. This is needed to improve service performance and reliability.

What's the Impact?
We are only expecting a minor impact on the BigPanda platform and users could potentially experience up to 15 minutes of total latency during the maintenance window as services are restarted and brought back online.
Is User Action Required?
No user action is required.
The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression testing. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
