In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

As part of our ongoing infrastructure maintenance, BigPanda will deploy an update establishing direct network connections to AWS services. This update will eliminate the need for internet-based communication, ensuring private connectivity between our resources and services like Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, and more, all within AWS’s internal network.

What's the Impact?

While we do not anticipate any impact on end users, there may be brief periods of reduced connectivity to some AWS services for up to 10 minutes during the maintenance window.
