In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda: Biggy platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, BigPanda will be migrating Biggy (IA and IP) traffic to a new AWS production environment. As part of this process, gateway services will be restarted in a controlled, staged rollout. This migration has been previously validated in lower environments.

What's the Impact?
We do not anticipate any impact to end users; all data stores are replicated.

All other areas of the BigPanda platform will be unaffected by this maintenance.
