In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance window, we will be migrating Alert-Enrichment rules to a new version that will support tags as its own entity. After the migration, users will be enabled to edit tag details (activation toggle and description) directly from the BigPanda UI.

What's the Impact?
Possible impact include: • Missing tags created during the migration • Feature toggle won’t change
All changes are reversible and can be rolled back immediately, should there be any experienced issues.
What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest and processing, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.
Is User Action Required?
No user action is required.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
