In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing maintenance on Wednesday, September 16th, between 12:00 am and 3:00 am PDT (7:00 - 10:00 UTC,).

During the maintenance, we will be updating the backend message delivery mechanism within the standard Analytics service. This update will harden the service as well as improve performance.

The Advanced Analytics pipeline will not be impacted by this maintenance.

We're taking precautionary steps to reduce sustained impact during this maintenance; however, anticipated customer impact may include:

• Up to 10 minutes of degraded performance within Standard Analytics


During this maintenance, we will also be updating the backend authentication mechanism for our SCIM Users APIs, https://api.bigpanda.io/resources/v1.0/scim/(Users|Schemas).

No user-side change is necessary, and no operational impact is expected from this change.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
