In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.
Start Time: January 9, 2022 07:00 UTC End Time: January 9, 2022 13:00 UTC Duration: 6 hours
What's Happening?
We will upgrading our Incident Enrichment and Environments Engine to lay the foundation for increasing the level of parallelism that this service supports. This is the second of two phases.
Additionally, we will be migrating our Internal DNS service from AWS EC2 instances to Kubernetes. This migration is to provide better stability within the service as well as make it easier to maintain and scale in the future.
We are anticipating up to 20 minutes of total pipeline latencies as the upgrade occurs and services restart.
What isn't Impacted?
All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.
Is User Action Required?
No user action is required.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
