In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

We will be migrating our Maintenance service from AWS EC2 instances to Kubernetes. This migration is to provide better stability within the service as well as make it easier to maintain and scale in the future.

• Pipeline - Maintenance Service

What's the Impact?

We do not anticipate any end-user impact; however, in rare circumstances, users may see latencies of up to 5 minutes in having new plans or updates to existing plans put into effect. Preexisting plans that are not modified during this window will not be affected, and incoming events matching these preexisting plans will be processed normally.

What isn't Impacted?

All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest and processing, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.

Is User Action Required?

No user action is required.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
