In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

We will be migrating our Enview service from AWS EC2 instances to Kubernetes. This migration is to provide better stability within the service as well as make it easier to maintain and scale in the future.

The Enview service is responsible for providing data for Dashboards, populating the Incident counters for the Environments, and populating the Incidents in the selected Environment's folders.

Component(s) undergoing maintenance:

• BigPanda Console

What's the Impact?

We do not anticipate any end-user impact; however, in rare circumstances, users may see latencies of up to 5 minutes when loading dashboards or the Incident Feed.

We do not anticipate any impact to our headless customers.

What isn't Impacted?

All other areas of the BigPanda platform - including data ingest and processing, APIs, Incident Sharing, and Analytics - will be unaffected by this maintenance.

Is User Action Required?

No user action is required.

We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda's status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
