What's Happening?
To improve the overall performance, we will implement MongoDB for local authentication.
Our implementation plan was the following: 1. Planning 2. Service Implementation 3. Validation Deployment a. Dev Environment b. Pre-Prod Environment 4. Production Deployment 5. Test Organization 6. Beta Program 7. Sandbox Showcase 8. All Organizations
We have successfully completed a full regression test prior to launching this maintenance update.
What's the Impact?
We are expecting some users to potentially notice up to 10-15 minutes of total latency during the maintenance window as services are restarted and brought back online.
We successfully completed the follow risk and impact analysis: 1. Completed Product Requirements 2. Validated Technical design through Peer Review 3. Created and Implemented Testing Strategy 4. Followed Rollout Plan

No user action is required.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations. If we need to rollback, we have a plan in place to toggle off the feature.
